An application is made and accepted subject to the following conditions:-

Lettings are deemed to commence at 2 pm on the day of arrival and cease at 9 am on the day of departure.

The key must be collected from the reception by 8 pm on the day of arrival. Arrangements can be made for late arrivals.

The management reserves the right to decline acceptance or to expel any visitor for conduct deemed detrimental to the site or the comfort of other visitors.

The owner is relieved from liability should the accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond his control, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full.

Bookings are not transferable and the caravan must not be occupied by persons other than those stated on the booking form. Any alterations must be notified and agreed by the owner.

Failure to take up occupancy of a unit once a booking has been made and confirmed by the owner with a deposit receipt does not relieve the hirer from his/her liability for the FULL BALANCE on monies due unless prior cancellation has been received by the owner by telephone and confirmed IN WRITING one week prior and the owner is able to re-let the caravan for the period concerned.

As our caravans are designed as family units it is regretted that we are unable to accept bookings from all male or all female parties.

Dogs are not permitted between the third week in July and the last week of August. At other times they must be kept on a lead and exercised off the park. Any fouling of the park must be cleaned up immediately by the owner of the dog. Dogs must NOT be left unattended in the caravan. Only one dog per caravan is allowed and charge is as per tariff

A deposit as per tariff is payable when booking and is NOT returnable.

Balance of monies due must be forwarded 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.

An additional charge as per tariff is payable, which will be torn up if the caravan is left in the same condition as when taking up occupancy.
