Liskey Hill Caravan Park is pleasantly situated just 10
minutes walking distance from the long sandy beach and busy small town of
Perranporth. Our park is a quiet spot for family
holidays on a coastline renowned for its spectacular landscapes, hidden coves
and the romance of "Poldark Country". Much of the famous TV series was filmed
locally.
The beach
has fine stretches of sands, rock pools and caves to explore. Lifeguards are in
attendance from spring until the end of August. Surfers enjoy the Atlantic
waves whilst walkers never tire of the wonderful scenery.
Gliding, golf, bowling, tennis, sand yachting, pony trekking and a
boating lake are local ventures, whilst a coarse fishery at nearby Cubert is
very popular with some fine specimen carp. We are just a few miles from
Newquay, Falmouth, Truro, Penzance and St. Ives. Bodmin Moor is a delightful
day out for nature lovers. There are plenty of major attractions all around us.
In fact, all are only day-trip distance within the County.
All caravans are well equipped
except for linen, tea towels and bath towels. Gas and electricity are included
in the price. There is a well-stocked shop for your groceries and newspapers, a
laundry and ironing room and telephone kiosk. Cars are parked alongside
caravans. Riviera Caravans are privately owned and are cleaned to a high
standard.
